We are looking for an experienced and talented UI Designer to create amazing user experiences. You should have an eye for clean design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. You should be able to set the creative direction for the products under your control.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to hand-off to engineering and quality control of the final product output.
- Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, findability, etc.)
- Work with the team to implement eye-catching designs.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

**You**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
- 4 years plus UI experience.
- Strong portfolio of design projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
- Familiarity with UX flows, information architecture, interaction design, design patterns, etc.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch App, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, etc.).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, shapes, typography/fonts, UI patterns and motion graphics.
- Ability to meet deadlines while working on the project.
- Attention to visual details is a must.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

**Salary**: ₹13,172.67 - ₹47,730.67 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
