**Experience**: 2-3 Years
**Salary**: Up to 40,000 (Depends on interview)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create -seamless user experiences.
- Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and modern UI trends.
- Optimize existing UI/UX based on user feedback and analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest design tools, trends, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Must have experience working in an IT company.
- 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
