**Campaign Planning & Execution**:

- Develop and implement paid media strategies across various platforms (e.g., search, social, display).
- Create and manage paid media campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and brand standards.
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate spending effectively.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy for better performance.
- **Optimization & Reporting**:

- Monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations.
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve campaign performance and achieve better ROI.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative) and external agencies to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders, including clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with media partners and platforms.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Understanding of campaign management software and tools.
- **Other Potential Responsibilities**:

- Support the Paid Media Marketing Manager with various tasks and projects.
- Manage campaign finances, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
- Assist in the creation of social media assets for paid campaigns.
- Research and identify new opportunities for paid media campaigns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 5 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
