**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and approach potential customers and distributors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to clients.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Collect feedback and suggest improvements in products/services.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits.
- Maintain daily sales reports and submit to the reporting manager.
- Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams for smooth operations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience (preferably in [rice industry/FMCG/agriculture sector]).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and customer base.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
