We're looking for a creative and passionate Marketing and Content Specialist to spearhead our marketing efforts and create engaging content that resonates with our target audience. You'll play a pivotal role in increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving customer engagement through strategic campaign planning and execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Content Production**: Produce creative and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, that align with the brand's voice and messaging.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve future efforts.
- **Website Management**: Manage the company's website, ensuring it's up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
- **Video Content Coordination**: Coordinate video editing needs, either in-house or through outsourcing, to create high-quality video content for marketing and social media.
- Create and manage social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging posts
- Produce creative and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
- Manage the company's website, ensuring it's up-to-date and user-friendly
- Coordinate video editing needs, either in-house or through outsourcing

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing, content creation, and campaign planning
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools
- Creative and innovative thinking
- Strong understanding of analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with website content management systems and basic design tools is a plus
