**About Us**: Escapenfly is a leading provider of travel services with a reputation for excellence. We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a talented and experienced Ticketing Manager to oversee our ticketing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of ticketing operations.
- Utilize Amadeus and Galileo Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to issue, modify, and manage travel tickets.
- Supervise ticketing staff to ensure efficient operations and high levels of customer service.
- Handle complex ticketing issues and resolve customer concerns regarding booking and ticketing.
- Train and mentor junior ticketing staff on GDS systems, policies, and best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ticketing procedures, airline policies, and industry trends.
- Ensure accurate and timely issuance of tickets and ensure compliance with airline regulations.
- Liaise with suppliers, airlines, and other travel service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and generate reports on ticketing activity for senior management.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a ticketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Proficient in using Amadeus and Galileo Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Strong knowledge of ticketing procedures, airline fares, and travel regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Ability to handle complex ticketing issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to manage client expectations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with other GDS systems (e.g., Sabre, Worldspan) is a plus.
- Experience in an international or large-scale travel environment is a bonus.
