Job Title: Ticketing Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling reservations, ticketing, and reissuance for domestic and international flights.
- Managing cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests as per airline policies.
- Coordinating with airlines and travel partners for bookings and fare rules.
- Providing clients with best routing and fare options.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by offering prompt and accurate information.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and global travel trends.
- Issuing travel insurance, if required.
- Maintaining records and generating reports of bookings and sales.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of domestic and international airline ticketing procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Basic understanding of travel documentation (visa requirements, passport validity, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in the travel industry.

**Salary**: As per industry standards / Negotiable

Working Days: [e.g., Monday to Saturday]

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
