**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process ticket sales and handle all related administrative tasks.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues related to ticketing and bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide post-sales support, including refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ticketing and customer service.
