Job Overview:

We are looking for a
Ticketing Executive
to manage domestic and international flight bookings, issue tickets, handle cancellations/refunds, and provide seamless support to customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with airline reservation systems (GDS) and a strong understanding of ticketing rules, fare calculations, and travel documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle
    domestic and international flight bookings
    through Portals.
  • Issue, reissue, and cancel flight tickets accurately and efficiently.
  • Process
    refunds, date changes, and fare recalculations
    as per airline policies.
  • Coordinate with airlines and vendors for ticketing-related queries or issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintain updated records of all bookings.
  • Provide
    fare quotes
    to clients and support the sales team with accurate ticketing information.
  • Monitor and manage
    PNRs, queues, and booking status
    to avoid discrepancies.
  • Assist customers with travel requirements, including baggage rules, visa information, and flight schedules.
  • Stay updated with airline promotions, schedule changes, and fare updates.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in
    Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
    (preferred).
  • Minimum
    1–2 years of experience
    in ticketing (domestic/international).
  • Proficiency in Portals.
  • Strong understanding of
    airline fare rules, refund policies, and ticket issuance processes.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle pressure during peak hours.
  • Proficient in
    MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Compensation:

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
