**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Handle escalated customer issues
- Providing detailed information to customers
- Escalating problems and dealing with shipping company
- Managing consumer concerns
- Actively listen to your customers
- Supervising the customer service process
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
- Complaint resolution
- Understand the customers
- Answering inquiries
- Customer satisfaction
- Performing quality assurance surveys with customers
- Problem solving
- Processing orders and transactions
- Technical troubleshooting
- Answer any incoming questions from customers
- Customer service
- Interpersonal skills

**Qualifications**:

- Communicating in friendly and welcoming manner with customers and other members of the team.
- Extensive knowledge of the company's policies, procedures, goods and services.
- Familiarity with software programs like MS office, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers.
- Strong command of written and verbal Telugu, Hindi and English.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations.
- Willingness to cooperate with customers and management to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
