**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Design and develop comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the needs of our educational institution.
- This includes creating training materials, presentations, and interactive activities to enhance the learning experience.
- Deliver ongoing training sessions to the sales team to enhance their selling techniques, product knowledge, objection handling skills, and overall sales effectiveness.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and develop training modules to address them.
- Train the sales team on the effective use of sales tools, CRM systems, and other technologies to streamline their sales activities.
- Ensure they are proficient in utilizing these tools to track leads, manage opportunities, and generate accurate sales reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' offerings.
- Share relevant insights with the sales team to enable them to position our institution effectively in the market.

**Other Requirements**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and present product information persuasively.
- Effective organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
