**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Training Development: Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, to support SAP implementation and ongoing usage within the pharmaceutical context.

2. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for employees at various levels, including sales representatives, medical professionals, and administrative staff, ensuring understanding and proficiency in SAP functionalities relevant to their roles.

3. Subject Matter Expertise: Stay updated on SAP pharmaceutical industry best practices, regulations, and trends, providing guidance and expertise to ensure compliance and optimal utilization of SAP systems.

4. Evaluation and Feedback: Assess training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms, evaluations, and performance metrics, continually refining training programs to enhance learning outcomes and user proficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP trainer within the pharmaceutical industry, with in-depth knowledge of SAP modules relevant to pharmaceutical operations (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM).
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical processes, regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA), and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
