We are searching for Product Support excited by the prospect of working at the bleeding edge of high tech in a rapidly growing scale-up. We recently raised our Series A round leading US investors from Bessemer Venture Partners (LinkedIn, Twilio, Shopify), alongside Episode 1 (Zoopla, Betfair, Shazam) and supply chain-focused fund Dynamo (Sennder, Stord).

As a Product Support, you’ll be primarily responsible for providing technical support to Customers.

**Requirements**:
**Day-to-day you will**:

- Correspond with customers directly to gain a full understanding of the problem
- Keep your customers proactively informed every step of the way
- Knowledge to analyse technical Network logs or similar technicalities.
- Any other ad hoc task assigned to you

**We specifically want someone who has**:

- A degree from a reputable university
- A minimum of 2-years experience in a B2B Technical Support role
- Comfortable with the use of technology
- Familiarity with Support tools such as Jira would be advantageous
- Great people skills and at ease communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- The mindset of continuous improvement and extreme ownership
