**Job Title**: Product Associate

**Location**: (Remote)

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Working Days**: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

**Compensation**: ₹4 - 6 LPA (Fixed) + Performance-Based Variables

**Start Date**: Immediate or based on availability

**Experience Required**: 2 to 4 years in Product Analytics, Experience in Education or **Ed Tech preferred**

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **Product Associate**who can actively contribute to **our live learning operations, perform multiple tasks that revolve around learning experience of customers, NPS, Q&A Sessions and much more.**This hybrid role blends analytics, content operations, and real-time learner support, making it ideal for someone passionate about education and data-driven decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Product Insights & Analysis**
- Analyze user journeys, feature usage, and conversion funnels to identify areas for optimization
- Work with large datasets using tools such as Excel, and Google Sheets or any advanced analysis tools
- Track and report key product KPIs to support engagement and retention efforts

**Live Learning & Content Operations**_**(Primary Focus Area)**_
- Conduct **Q&A sessions** on topics such as:

- **Python using AI**:

- **Agentic AI**:

- **MS Office using AI tools**:

- Review ongoing live courses for quality and learner engagement
- Prepare detailed **notes**, **assignments**, **quizzes**, and **additional materials**:

- Solve live queries from learners with clarity and empathy
- Create/replicate session content and presentation decks (using **Canva**)
- Maintain CRM records of all tasks and learner interactions

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field

**Required Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in **Google Sheets and Excel** (formulas, pivot tables, macros)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with learners daily
- A **knack for learning new AI topics** and explaining them clearly
- Strong **attention to detail** for reviewing session content
- Ability to **multitask** across live learning support and data analysis
- Remain updated in the world of AI

**Preferred Skills**
- Working knowledge of **SQL**, **Power BI**, **Tableau**, or similar tools
- Prior **edtech experience** and **teaching/facilitation experience** highly desirable
