About the Job:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager with 2–5 years of experience to join our Product team. You will play a key role in shaping and executing product strategies for our B2B SaaS offerings. This role involves working closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure our products address customer challenges, deliver measurable business value, and scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Market Research

  • Contribute to defining product vision, strategy, and goals aligned with business priorities.
  • Conduct research on customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive SaaS landscape.
  • Support the development of product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and release planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to translate product requirements into high-quality deliverables.
  • Ensure product features meet business needs, customer expectations, and usability standards.
  • Prepare and maintain product documentation including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Gather and analyze feedback from enterprise customers, internal stakeholders, and customer-facing teams.
  • Participate in customer meetings, demos, and interviews to understand business pain points.
  • Partner with customer success and support teams to resolve product-related issues.

Data-Driven Insights

  • Track and analyze product usage, adoption, and performance metrics.
  • Use data to validate hypotheses, identify opportunities, and inform product decisions.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership and key stakeholders.

Product Launch & GTM Support

  • Assist in coordinating product launches with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Support go-to-market efforts by creating enablement content such as product guides, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Ensure smooth adoption and rollout of features for enterprise customers.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in product management, SaaS, or related fields (B2B experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Experience with product/project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500, ₹800,000.00 per year
