**Job Title**: Female Telecaller (Personal & Business Loan Process)

**Location**: Janakpuri, Delhi

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Reach out to potential clients via phone, offering personal and business loan products based on their needs.
- **Product Explanation**: Explain loan products, interest rates, terms, and conditions to customers in a clear and effective manner.
- **Data Management**: Record and update customer information accurately in the system.
- **Customer Support**: Resolve queries and concerns related to the loan process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for clients.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet monthly or weekly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the loan processing and sales team to ensure seamless loan approval and disbursement.

**Requirements**:

- **Age**: 18-30 years.
- **Experience**: Minimum **6 months** of telecalling experience (preferably in the loan or financial services sector).
- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- **Skills**: Good phone etiquette, persuasive skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer operations.
- **Self-Motivated**: Target-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
