- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure seamless loan processing.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
- Keep updated with loan products, policies, and market trends.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **loan telesales** (Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals efficiently.
- Knowledge of financial products and lending procedures.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
