The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling loans over the phone. Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement:Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products.Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and understanding their financial needs.Sales Pitch:Deliver persuasive sales pitches to encourage customers to apply for loans.Clearly explain the features, terms, and benefits of the loan products.Lead Generation:Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.Record and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.Target Achievement:Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.Work towards achieving individual and team goals.Product Knowledge:Stay updated on loan products, interest rates, and industry trends.Provide accurate information to customers regarding loan eligibility and application process.Compliance:Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.Follow ethical sales practices and maintain customer confidentiality. Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass; higher education is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.Previous experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
