Job Title: Loan Sourcing & Business Tie-Up Executive

Department: Loan Business Development

Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Call and connect with CAs, Real Estate Agents, and Builders for loan product tie-ups.**
- Meeting Fix up with CAs, Real Estate Agents, and Builders for loan product tie-ups
- Meeting with CAs, Real Estate Agents, and Builders for loan product tie-ups with reporting manager
- **Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.**
- **Analyze loan-related data to identify patterns and new business opportunities.**
- **Use AI tools and digital platforms for sourcing and improving loan business.**
- **Work on Excel and Google Sheets to manage and report data.**
- **Follow up on leads and ensure proper documentation and closure.**
- **Support the team in meeting monthly and quarterly business targets.**

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1-2 years of experience in loans, finance, or sales-related roles.**
- **Good communication in Hindi and basic English.**
- **Comfortable making phone calls to professionals like CAs and property consultants.**
- **Basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets.**
- **Knowledge of loan products and how loan sourcing works.**
- **Familiarity with digital tools and AI-based business processes is a plus.**
