Department Overview Legal Department based in Gurgaon, India
Job Description Provide legal advice, guidance and expertise on routine to medium complexity transactional agreements, legal matters and makes decisions that could have substantial impact on Job Summary
the Company’s revenue/risk.
Basic Requirements
1) Law degree and passed the India Bar examinations.
2) Around 3-4 years of post-qualification experience gained in a law firm or in-house legal team.
3) Strong commercial acumen, customer focused, self-motivated, hard working and business oriented. Good attention to detail and ability to deliver within deadlines.
4) Excellent language and communication skills (both written and verbal), an ability to work comfortably with all levels in the business, including senior management, and ability to conduct negotiations with other parties involving simple to mid-complex contracts and non-contentious matters.
