We are recruiting
** Legal Counsel** for an energy storage & infrastructure company.

Job location - Gurgaon.

Department - MD's Office.

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Draft, review and negotiate various commercial contracts, such as vendor agreements, consulting agreements, service agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Provide legal guidance and support to various departments and stakeholders within the organization regarding contract interpretation, compliance, and risk assessment.
- Conduct legal research to stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, as well as industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement contract management policies and procedures.
- Work closely with outside counsel as necessary to ensure legal issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Review, update and creation of templates and policies, working with stakeholders across the company.
- Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function.

**Requirements**:

- 10-12 years of experience in contract management and legal affairs of companies.
- Educational qualification - LLB / LLM.
- Ability to liase and work with the managing director of the company.
- Proven experience as a legal counsel in a business environment.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
- Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation.
- Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies.
- Awareness and ability to understand and draft contractual laws related to the delivery of services and products.
- Ability to come up with creative problem-solving approaches to contract deadlocks.
- High degree of Professional ethics and integrity.
- Sound judgement and ability to analyses situations and information.
- Outstanding communication skills.
