We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic
Legal Professional (LL.B.)
to lead and manage all legal functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will bring
12+ years of post-qualification experience
, preferably from
multinational organizations
or leading
healthcare/hospital groups
such as Max, Fortis, Manipal, or Yashoda.

This role demands a strategic legal advisor who can balance business goals with strong legal governance. You will be responsible for overseeing litigation, managing contractual and compliance matters, and providing expert counsel to leadership on complex legal issues.

Qualification:

● LL.B. from a reputed institution (mandatory)

● Additional qualification in Company Secretary (CS) preferred, but not compulsory

Experience:

● 12+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)

● Prior experience with MNCs is essential

● Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the healthcare/hospital industry (e.g.,

Max, Fortis, Manipal, Yashoda, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

●
Litigation Management:

Handle and oversee civil and criminal litigation matters, including

liaising with external counsel.

●
Crisis Management:

Represent the organization before Police Stations and other Government

Authorities, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

●
Contract Management:

Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize various legal agreements including

consultancy contracts, lease agreements, SaaS agreements, MSAs, and SOWs.

●
Compliance & Advisory:

Provide proactive legal advice to management on business operations,

risk mitigation, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

●
Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support

business objectives while safeguarding legal interests.

● Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws

● Proven ability in handling complex legal matters independently

● Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

● Ability to work under pressure with a solution-oriented mindset
