**Job Title**: Tele sales Executive (Female)
**Location**: Mohali 8B
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify target customer organizations and key decision-makers.
- Reach out to potential customers to present company capabilities, assist them in evaluating solutions, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Oversee the entire deal lifecycle, including lead generation, lead identification, presenting the value proposition, creating customer presentations and proposals, and building and nurturing client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to pursue and convert prospects, while building a strong lead pipeline.
- Establish strategic partnerships and drive channel sales.
- Assess customer needs and pain points, engage in technical discussions, and prepare techno-commercial proposals to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure a steady flow of recurring business from existing customers and perform key account management, including commercial negotiations.
