Program Associate (AEPW Agra Project) - GoMassive

We are looking for Engineering / MBA grad in Urban Planning / Environmental Sciences, having 1 year (max) experience of working in Solid Waste Management sector in India to join our Team as Program Associate. You will be based out of Agra and required to manage all aspects of the Project on ground.

Details of Project Infrastructure to be Set-up in Agra:
Waste Collection System - Innovative and creatively designed Waste Collection Systems or bins for capturing plastics

Waste Transport Fleet

End of Suction Road Vacuum Cleaners

Small Tipper Trucks

Waste Compactor

SLRM or Sorting Centres

Plastic Processing Plant

Oversee Setting up, Installation, Running and regular Operations & Maintenance of Infrastructure set up at Agra, including mobilizing resources for waste collection, segregation, transportation, and processing.

Manage on-ground team comprising field executives, drivers; transport fleet, workers running Sorting and Processing centres, and all other on-ground project staff.

Be responsible for planning, administrative operation, and progress of day-to-day programs.

Coordinate and manage relationship with Agra Nagar Nigam and other related agencies.

Ensure profitable running of centres.

Have overall responsibility for all Project related reports, on-ground data, analysis, and data pertaining to all infrastructure set up in the city.

Conduct and supervise all behavioural and awareness programs.

Organise community development programs for informal waste workers.

Experience of running Plant and Machinery in Waste Management Sector is desirable, though not mandatory.
