We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our ESG - Global Capability Center team, with 1-3 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate environmental risks.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of ESG performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and deliver training programs on ESG best practices to employees.
  • Monitor and report on ESG progress against established goals and targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, customers, and community groups.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of ESG principles and their application in business operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in ESG reporting frameworks and tools, such as GRI or TCFD.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements related to ESG.
