JOB DESCRIPTION As a Project Management Associate / Business Analyst within the Enterprise Financial Applications PMO, you'll play a hands-on role in coordinating and supporting financial workstreams like GL/Treasury, AP, AR, and Practice Management. Your day-to-day will involve maintaining visibility across active projects, partnering with architects and stakeholders to define scope and success metrics, and ensuring consistent documentation and governance. You’ll lead meetings, track milestones, manage risks, and support delivery using tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project. Strong SAP exposure, clear communication, and the ability to work U.S. time zones are key to success in this role.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field. • 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or business analysis roles. • Strong working knowledge of SAP (Finance specific- AP, AR, or GL) • Experience supporting enterprise system implementations or enhancements. • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. • Excellent English communication and articulation skills — must be able to lead discussions with senior stakeholders confidently. • Strong analytical and documentation skills. Ability to work U.S. time zone hours consistently (non-negotiable).NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Experience in cross-functional finance transformation or enterprise PMO support. • Certifications such as CAPM, Agile, or Scrum Master are a plus. Proficiency in project tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel, or MS Project.
