**Key Responsibilities**:
- Calendar & Schedule Management:
- Maintain and organize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.
- Remind the CEO of important deadlines and commitments.
- Communication & Correspondence:
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule and organize meetings, including board meetings and executive discussions.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Handle virtual and in-person meeting arrangements.
- Confidentiality & Documentation:
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain confidential files, reports, and records.
- Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and business reports.
- Office & Administrative Support:
- Manage office supplies and administrative tasks related to the CEO’s office.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information for business decisions.
- Assist in personal tasks when required.
**Qualifications Required**:
**-**Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1+ years in a similar role supporting senior executives.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
