**Job Responsibilities: Administrative Assistant (Reporting Directly to MD)**

**Calendar Management**:

- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm meetings, appointments, and events for the MD.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date calendar, ensuring no conflicts arise.

**Meeting Coordination and Support**:

- Prepare meeting agendas, distribute relevant documents, and arrange meeting logistics (e.g., room bookings, virtual meeting setup).
- Take detailed minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.

**Administrative Support**:

- Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and data entry.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle expense reports and assist with budget tracking for the MD’s office.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Serve as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Follow up on action items and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.

**General Office Management**:

- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Provide ad hoc support as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
