The People Product Management team is looking for an experienced Workday HCM Configurator to partner with the People team to drive optimization through process, data and technology solutions. The People Services + Technology team is looking for an experienced Workday HCM expert to partner with our People stakeholders and drive optimization through process, data and technology solutions.

**Description**

**Minimum Qualifications**
- 5+ years of comprehensive configuration experience with Workday Core HCM
- Hands-on experience with Workday’s Translation Framework for global organizations using a multitude of languages, locales and localization settings
- Solid knowledge of all the WD product touch points
- Strong analytical, product management and leadership skills to handle a variety of activities and complexities spanning the organization
- Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure
- Proactively assess new tasks coming to the team via the intake process, quickly assess priority and take appropriate action to resolve or reach out.
- Influence technology direction of the team to enhance the teams toolset and skills.
- Maintain consistent and effective communications globally with partner teams, managers and leadership to ensure visibility to the work being done.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Data Science, or related field.
- Ability to collaborate with team members in a virtual setting.
- Workday certification preferred
