We are looking for a research coordinator in Biotech, Medical Devices and Therapeutics with high proficiency in the English language (preferably English as a first language, such as the USA, Europe and UK) and who can work with us for our clinical research coordination, writing and editing services to join our growing team. **Job Role and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for research team.
- Prepare and distribute regular project updates and reports to research team.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure research activities are performed according to

protocols.
- Identify and resolve any issues or deviations from the project plan.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external team.
- Coordinate the publication of research findings in conferences.
- Develop presentations and reports to communicate research outcomes to stakeholders.
- Organize and manage research dissemination events, such as seminars and workshops

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in research coordination or project management in

the life sciences industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of conducting SWOT Analysis/Trend Analysis.

**Preferred Skills**
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Certification in Clinical Research (e.g., CCRP, CCRC).
- Experience with clinical trials and/or laboratory research.
