**Position Overview**:
The Research Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing clinical and non-clinical research activities within the clinic. This role involves coordinating research projects, managing data collection, ensuring compliance with ethical standards, and supporting the research team in delivering high-quality, evidence-based outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate Research Projects: Manage the day-to-day operations of clinical and non-clinical research projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate data collection, entry, and management, and maintain research databases.
- Compliance and Ethics:Ensure that all research activities comply with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and clinic policies.
- Participant Management:Recruit, screen, and obtain informed consent from study participants. Maintain regular communication with participants throughout the study.
- Collaboration:Work closely with researchers, clinicians, and other staff members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Documentation and Reporting:Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of research activities, including protocols, consent forms, progress reports, and final reports.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor research activities to ensure adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Training:Provide training and support to research staff and interns on research protocols and procedures.
- Literature Review:Conduct literature reviews to support research design and ensure studies are based on current evidence.
- Communication: Prepare presentations, manuscripts, and other materials to communicate research findings to internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Ayurveda, Pharmacy, or a related field. A background in Ayurveda or traditional medicine is highly preferred.
- Experience:At least 2 years of experience in a research coordinator or similar role, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge:Understanding of research methodologies, clinical trials, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with Ayurvedic principles and practices is a plus.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and research management software.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment and maintain confidentiality.
