We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers passionate about contributing to clinical research and advancing healthcare solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating day-to-day activities of clinical trials.
- Obtain informed consent from study participants under the supervision of the principal investigator.
- Maintain accurate and organized clinical trial documentation, including case report forms (CRFs), source documents, and logs.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
- According to study protocols, schedule and manage patient visits, assessments, and follow-ups.
- Monitor and report adverse events or deviations to the principal investigator and sponsor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investigators, sponsors, and monitors.
- Assist in preparing reports for ethics committees and regulatory authorities.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of clinical research processes and GCP principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Pay: ₹10,086.00 - ₹42,989.31 per month
