**Job Title: Social Media & Content Creator**

**Location**: South Delhi / Full time onsite role
**Department**: Marketing / Creative

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Ideation**:

- Brainstorm and ideate campaigns and Instagram content.
- Source props and set up compositions for **product photography** (campaign shoots).
- Shoot 10-13 new arrivals regularly for website and Instagram.
- Create engaging posts & reels for Instagram.
- Edit videos for Instagram and YouTube.
- **Creative & Campaign Execution**:

- Participate in campaign planning and content strategy.
- Model for website and Instagram product shots if required.
- Execute influencer collaborations and manage influencer marketing campaigns.
- Shoot & edit videos for YouTube content.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Post new arrivals daily across designated groups.
- Upload organized content (stories, posts, reels) on Instagram.
- Upload all content to **Zoho Workdrive** for documentation and archiving.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **social media management & content creation** (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Strong skills in **photography, videography, and editing tools** (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
- Creative eye for aesthetics, styling, and compositions.
- Knowledge of **social media trends, reels, and digital storytelling**.
- Ability to multitask and handle end-to-end content workflow.
- Comfortable in front of the camera (modelling experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree/diploma in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field.
- Previous experience with **Zoho Workdrive** or similar content management tools.
- Experience in **influencer marketing and campaign execution**.
