**Job Title**: Sales Executive cum Customer Care (Female)

**Location**: Mohali

**Sal.: 18k to 25k**

**Experience Required**: 1-3 years in Sales/Customer Care (Any Industry)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Management**:

- Promote and sell car care products and services to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain and update a database of customers and prospects.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends.
- Participate in sales campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- **Customer Care**:

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide product information, pricing, and after-sales support to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Resolve customer concerns by clarifying issues and finding the best solutions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty.
- Assist in creating a positive and welcoming environment for customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare regular sales and customer service reports for management review.
- Track and report on customer feedback and service quality.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline; a background in business or marketing is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in sales and customer care, preferably in the automotive or car care industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
