
Executive Assistant to Cmd

Calendar and Schedule Management:
- Proactively manage the CMD's calendar, prioritize appointments, meetings and events.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are prepared.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation and transportation for the CMD.
Communication and Correspondence:
- Maintain effective communication channels between the CMD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle inquiries and requests, redirecting them to the appropriate person or department for action.
Meeting and Event Coordination:
- Prepare meeting agendas, collate and distribute relevant documents and record meeting minutes.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences and events including venue arrangements, catering and audio-visual requirements.
- Follow up on action items and deadlines resulting from meetings, ensuring timely completion.
Information Management:
- Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring accurate and organized documentation.
- Conduct research, gather data and prepare reports, presentations and briefing materials.
- Monitor and track progress on key initiatives and projects, providing regular updates to the CMD.
- Assist in preparing and analysing financial and performance reports.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between the CMD and other executives, managers, team members, clients and partners.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments and team members to facilitate efficient workflow and information sharing.
- Assist in preparing presentations and materials for client meetings and business development activities.
Confidentiality and Professionalism:
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain a high level of integrity, ethics and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Education - BE-Civil/MBA any specialization, Any GraduateTechnical Skills - MS-Office, Calendar (Google, Microsoft, etc.), ERP

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
