Talent Acquisition Associate at HMH

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:
Assist with the creation and maintenance of job postings on various platforms.
Manage recruitment-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

**Onboarding Assistance**:
Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Coordinate pre-employment activities, such as background checks and reference checks.

**Data Management**:
Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment activities.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and priorities.
Support recruitment team members with various tasks to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in recruitment coordination or a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
