**Qualification: Diploma (Mech)B.tech (Mech)**

**Experience
- 02 to 05 Years**

- 02 Lacs to 03 Lacs p.a.**

**Location - Ajmer (Rajasthan)**

**Job Profile**
- Prioritize and coordinate the overall flow of field service jobs with Field Service engineers and Management, focusing on improving utilization and throughput
- Maintain field service schedules for pre scheduled Jobs in conjunction with Field Service Engineers.
- Assist Field Service Engineers to meet published baseline measurements of SE Matrix and other KPI’s
- Act as an intermediary between HO and field.
- Close co-ordination with Manager to ensure smooth service flow and Assist various departments like Parts, planning, production, and Sales etc. for various activities.
- Field Service Coordinator coordinates monitors and improves field service activities by Providing support and guidance to service personnel who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Field Service Coordinator ensures field services are effective and customers’ requirements are met. To ensure he close every field service post feedback from individual customer in presence of service engineer at customer site.
- The Field Service Coordinator is capable of working on complex problems and exceptions without direct supervision. Has a wide and comprehensive understanding of both general and specific aspects of the job.
- Provide constant Customer contact with both internal and external customers.
- Answer incoming correspondence in a way that will give a favorable business and impression of the company.
- Process and administer all service related work including Flash report and Parts Orders.
- Enforce warranty policies and guidelines
- Order and manage service part inventory in order to support customer needs.
