Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Admin & Transport Coordinator. The role includes managing daily administrative activities, coordinating transportation services, ensuring smooth operations, and engaging with parents and staff effectively. The Admin & Transport Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining organization and managing resources to ensure efficient functioning of the preschool. Qualifications Proficiency in Operations Management and Transportation Management to oversee daily workflows effectively. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise with parents, staff, and service providers. Excellent Organization Skills to maintain records, schedules, and ensure seamless coordination in a preschool setting. Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and solve problems efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
