About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sample Coordinator to manage end-to-end sample development for our buyers. The role involves coordinating with design, production, QC, and dispatch teams to ensure timely creation and delivery of high-quality samples. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with buyers/merchandisers for sample requirements, specifications, and approvals Prepare and maintain sample sheets, BOMs, and development trackers Follow up with internal teams (design, production, finishing, packaging) for timely sample completion Ensure all samples meet buyer quality standards and specifications Manage labelling, barcoding, packing, and dispatch of samples Maintain sample inventory and organize sample room efficiently Handle courier bookings and ensure on-time delivery Communicate timelines, delays, or issues proactively Assist in pricing documentation and costing sheets when required Maintain proper record of sample approvals, comments, and iterations Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred (Merchandising / Design / Business background is a plus) 1–3 years of experience in sample coordination or merchandising (export house experience preferred) Strong follow-up skills with ability to multitask Good communication skills (English + Hindi) Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven Ability to work with cross-functional teams What We Offer Fast-growing work environment with strong learning opportunities Exposure to global buyers and product development processes Supportive team culture at a leading handicrafts export house
