Facility Executive - Soft Services
- Daily Site Operations - Conduct Briefing to all Shift Supervisors / Janitors / Chamber Maids. Check on their availability throughout the shifts. Supporting Staff Leaves records needs to be managed and ensure no hurdles in Housekeeping operations.
- Conduct rounds of the Facility and ensure cleanliness is maintained across. Ensure safety during housekeeping activity and use appropriate signages & PPE during cleaning.
- Check for availability of enough stock of Pantry consumables, Stationary, and housekeeping chemicals and consumables.
- To monitor the activities in the areas of Pest control, Floor Gardening, Vertical Gardening & Housekeeping and ensure the quality services by all the service providers and maintain appropriate documents like Checklist, SOPs in place. Proper upkeep need to be maintained across the Facility.
- 52 weeks cleaning schedule for weekend activities to be prepared and the track the activities for closure.
- All materials and Equipments are placed in respective areas allocated and ensure the availability at all times.
- Security Operations:

- Ensure the security deployment, training, records, Escort Guard reports are maintained at the site.
- Closing of Helpdesk Logged Calls -Complaints / Requests: Timely closure of all Complaints and Requests logged by Help Desk / telephone and internally logged by FM services team to be tracked and closed as per SOP and Flow Chart provided. Daily Helpdesk report to be obtained from Helpdesk and report to FM for compiling in daily report.

Team Management and Training: Training &Team Building
- Allocate team for daily/ weekly and deep
- **Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,212.57 per month
