**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Accounting & Bookkeeping**:

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely entries in Tally ERP.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- **GST Compliance**:

- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
- Handle GST reconciliation and ensure compliance with GST regulations.
- **Taxation & Compliance**:

- Assist in TDS calculations, payments, and filing of returns.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and timely submission of required reports.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:

- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle loan and bank transactions effectively.
- **Payroll Processing**:

- Process employee salaries and ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.).
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support in financial audits and coordinate with auditors as needed.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain inventory records and ensure accurate valuation.
- **MIS Reporting**:

- Generate and analyze reports to assist management in decision-making.
