You will be an essential part of the smooth daily operation of our business.
Work Timings:

1) 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM (IST)
2) 7.00 PM to 6 AM (IST) or able to work based on company requirements
**Requirements**:
1) Previous experience in handling US/UK clients or excellent oral & verbal English communication skill.
2) High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s degree preferred
3) Significant experience as an operations coordinator or similar role
4) Experience in the customer service field is a preferred
5) Excellent phone etiquette

7) Good typing skills
8) Ability to coordinate multiple schedules
9) Highly organized with an aptitude for problem-solving
10) Able to prioritize tasks and work independently
11) Friendly and personable
12) Should have excellent command over English
Operations Coordinator Responsibilities and Duties:

- Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
- Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet client expectations and company goals.
- Liaise between clients and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
- Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong client relationship through regular online meetings and communications.
- Evaluate current operational performance and provide a strategic plan for improvements.
- Coordinate and work with internal teams to achieve performance targets.
- Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner.
- Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
- Report to operations manager regularly

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
