**Job Overview**

The Course Coordinator is the first point of contact for students and parents and is directly responsible for the student satisfaction related to the operations of the organization.

The Coordinator needs to be calm,pleasant and always hold the Institutions dignity with each and every communication and action. The Coordinator should act as a parent for the students, both strict and friendly, making sure a holistic experience for the students.

Complete learning of the Lakshya LMS and Align with the requirements and knowledge levels to make use of the LMS to help Online academic operations.

Follow the existing SOPs and make sure the process adherence is kept to 95%

**Responsibilities**:
**Class Coordination - One Time**
- To sync up with course admins to understand the batches starting, students enrolled and faculty facilitator for the batches assigned.
- To create courses, Facilitators and users and prepare the LMS for batch conduction including zoom room allocation and coordinating for class schedules.
- To coordinate with the support team for initiating communication with students with welcome mail before the class start date to help ease their induction process.
- To handle and take LMS learning introduction during induction, introducing the LMS features and daily usage to students and parents.
- To help close each batch access and to archive the courses with the help of course admins at the end of batch validity and access period.

**Class Coordination - Day to Day**
- To make sure the Faculty and students are aware of the LMS functionalities and usage criteria.
- To coordinate with scheduling personnel and faculty to confirm the class schedules and make alternate arrangements in times of need.
- To help conduct online live classes by following the Online class conduction SOP.
- To maintain the quality of online classes by helping the faculties to follow the Faculty Class Conduction SOP.
- To coordinate, collate and share with students the faculty Notes/ Study Material from Faculties and mentors.
- To create/help in creating modules for examinations, progress chasing on continuous assessment and marking of exam scripts, together with the associated monitoring of student progress with mentors, particularly regarding attendance and performance.
- To receive, collate and distribute all information to be passed on to the students, and faculties and liaise with mentors when necessary.
- To maintain details of classes conducted, exams taken, and communications done with all involved stakeholders, especially parents/guardians.

**Student and Parent Management**
- To handle and take LMS learning introduction during induction, introducing the LMS features and daily usage to students and parents.
- To regularly update parents/guardians about the progress of the student in the form of academic performance reports, attendance reminders via approved channels of communication.
- To help admins in the conduction of Parents' meetings through online meetings and allow interaction to smoothen relations.
- To act as the first point of contact for all students and parents to help with their academic queries and raise technical support tickets.
- To maintain up-to-date details of students and to provide statistical information on past and present students as and when requested, and to input data to the student record system (Academic Module).
- To collate and update student registration details on the basis of their academic body’s rules and regulations.
- To conduct an exit feedback survey in the LMS within the final week of ending batches.

**Reporting**
- To update the standard hour sheet daily and report any discrepancies to their respective course admins on a weekly basis.
- To provide the proper details for calculating Faculty fee according to class duration and report with the course admins to share with the finance team.
- To provide a report of the Exit Feedback Survey from the assigned batches to the course admins and involved stakeholders.
