Solution Architect

.**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning & Solution Design**:

- Collaboratively work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions that integrate RPA, AI (including Generative AI), and custom UI/UX components.
- Develop comprehensive solution architectures, including process flows, data models, and technical specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology platforms and tools for RPA, AI, and UX/UI development.
- Create and maintain solution documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guides.
- **RPA Implementation & Management**:

- Lead the development and implementation of RPA solutions using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar.
- Design and implement robust and scalable RPA processes to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for RPA development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex RPA issues.
- Optimize RPA processes for best performance.
- **AI & Generative AI Integration**:

- Integrate AI capabilities, including machine learning and Generative AI, into automation workflows to enhance decision-making and cognitive automation.
- Develop and deploy AI models for tasks such as natural language processing, data analysis, and predictive analytics.
- Explore and implement Generative AI capabilities to automate content creation and optimize process.
- Evaluate and implement AI based solutions for process improvement.
- **UX/UI Development & Integration**:

- Design and develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for automation solutions using languages like Node.js, React, Angular or similar.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration of user interfaces into automation workflows.
- Develop custom UI components and dashboards to enhance user interaction and data visualization.
- Ensure that all user interfaces adhere to accessibility and usability standards.
- **Programming & Scripting**:

- Develop and maintain scripts and code using Python (and similar languages) to support automation and integration efforts.
- Develop custom integrations between RPA platforms, AI models, and other enterprise systems.
- Create and maintain API's for data transfer.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Lead technical workshops and presentations.
- **Governance & Security**:

- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies.
- Develop and implement security best practices for RPA, AI, and UI/UX solutions.
- Monitor and manage system performance and security.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, with a focus on RPA, AI, and UX/UI development.
- Strong understanding of RPA platforms and methodologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
- Proficiency in Python and other scripting languages.
- Experience in integrating AI and machine learning models into automation workflows.
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles and development using Node.js, React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with API development and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of data modeling and database design.

**Experience**:

- Certifications in RPA, AI, or cloud platforms.
- 5 years of experience in developing and deploying large-scale automation solutions.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
