Position: ServiceNow Technical Architect

Location: Noida/ Pune

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions to meet the business requirements of our organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for ServiceNow development.
- Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization using ServiceNow.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, capabilities, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for their adoption within our organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, with expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., GlideScript, Jelly).
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator) required.
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams, with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
