**Responsibilities**:

- **ESIC and PF Challan Handling**: Generate ESIC and PF challans accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
- **GST and TDS Management**: Calculate, prepare, and file GST returns and TDS statements accurately and timely.
- **Accounting Entries**: Record financial transactions, including posting of invoices, expenses, payments, and other transactions into Tally ERP.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare financial statements and reports summarizing financial status and transactions.
- **Audit Support**: Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to GST, TDS, ESIC, PF, and other financial regulations.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the finance team, including Accounts Payable and Receivable, and other departments as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role with a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience.
- Strong understanding and practical experience in ESIC and PF challan handling.
- Proficiency in GST and TDS calculations and filings.
- Expertise in Tally ERP and advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables).
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Professional certification (e.g., CA Inter, CMA Inter) is a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar industry or organization.
