**Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**:Take charge of on-site construction activities, including scheduling, coordinating resources, and ensuring project milestones are met.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple construction projects, ensuring they adhere to the project plans and specifications.

**Team Leadership**:Lead and manage site personnel, subcontractors, and labor crews.
Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability on the construction site.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior site supervisors and construction workers.

**Quality Assurance**:Ensure construction work meets quality standards and specifications.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Implement best practices to maintain a high level of workmanship.

**Safety Compliance**:Enforce safety protocols and practices on construction sites to prevent accidents and injuries.
Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and training as required.
Collaborate with the safety team to maintain a safe work environment.

**Communication**:Maintain clear and regular communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders regarding project progress, issues, and solutions.
Document site activities, daily reports, and any deviations from project plans.

**Resource Management**:Manage the allocation of equipment, materials, and labor resources efficiently.
Monitor and report on resource utilization and requirements.

**Problem Solving**:Identify and resolve site-related issues, delays, and conflicts proactively.
Propose solutions to challenges that may arise during construction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or a similar role in the construction field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to ensuring a safe work environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site in various weather conditions and travel to project locations as needed.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- hyderbad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
