A civil site supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site and ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. Some of the key roles and responsibilities of a civil site supervisor include:
Ensuring that all workers and sub-contractors on site are following safe working practices and adhering to relevant health and safety regulations

Monitoring progress of work and ensuring that it is carried out in accordance with plans and specifications

Coordinating and supervising the activities of workers and sub-contractors

Managing the delivery of materials and equipment to the site

Inspecting work for quality and ensuring that any defects are rectified promptly

Resolving any problems that arise on site and making decisions to keep the project on schedule

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of work carried out and materials used

Liaising with other site supervisors, engineers, and managers to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the site

Communicating with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are being met.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- hyderbad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
