Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior On Site Supervisor for our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time role, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The selected candidate will oversee site operations, ensuring timely project completion while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Project Management (Mandatory skill): Experience in managing construction projects, ensuring all phases are completed on time.

  • Construction Site Safety (Mandatory skill): In-depth understanding of safety protocols and ensuring compliance at all times.

  • Resource Allocation: Adept at identifying and managing resources efficiently for optimal workflow and cost management.
  • Problem Solving: Skilled in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Team Coordination: Experience in coordinating with different teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Quality Assurance: Strong focus on maintaining high-quality standards across all aspects of site operations.
