Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate materials, and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications. The candidate must be able to interpret AutoCAD drawings, coordinate with teams, and maintain quality and safety at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities.
  • Read, understand, and implement AutoCAD drawings and project plans.
  • Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors for timely material supply and usage.
  • Ensure quality standards and specifications are maintained during execution.
  • Prepare and maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, and material usage logs.
  • Monitor manpower allocation and ensure proper workflow.
  • Assist in resolving site-related technical or material issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site cleanliness.
